Teaching Assistant – Bexhill Specialist SEMH School
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Bexhill supporting pupils who need a smaller, more therapeutic learning environment.
This specific Bexhill school supports pupils who may have anxiety, trauma-related needs, behaviour difficulties, low self-esteem, disrupted education or difficulty trusting adults. The school needs a Teaching Assistant who can be steady, reliable and relational.
You will support pupils in class, during transitions and at difficult moments in the day. The role is about helping pupils feel safe, build confidence and make progress at a pace that works for them.
This Bexhill Teaching Assistant role would suit someone from education, care, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, residential work or support work.
