Electrician – Refurb of Student Apartments & Townhouses
Location: Canterbury
Pay: £28 per hour CIS (depending on experience)
Hours: 40–50 per week
Duration: 3 weeks work
Start Date: Immediate
TimesGroup Ltd are looking for experienced Electricians to join our team on the refurbishment of 100+ student apartments and townhouses at Parham Student Village, Canterbury.
This is straightforward, repetitive installation work.
Materials will be readily available, and the work has been planned to allow operatives to move efficiently from property to property with minimal downtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (preferred)
- ECS Gold Card
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Own tools and PPE
- Experience working on refurbishment projects
- Reliable with a high standard of workmanship
