About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from creating engaging social media content and producing advertising campaigns to analysing performance data and supporting business growth.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll gain experience across multiple areas of marketing while having the freedom to bring your own ideas to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging organic social media content across multiple platforms.
- Creating content for paid advertising campaigns.
- Using AI tools to generate ideas, write scripts, and enhance content creation.
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of organic content to identify trends and opportunities.
- Researching and building relationships with influencers and social media partners.
- Producing regular reports on marketing performance, key business statistics, and identifying trends.
- Developing new referral schemes and maintaining it's growth.
- Maintaining accurate marketing records and providing administrative support.
- Ongoing research into SEO and AI search strategy.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
