Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to support kitchen staff as needed
- Serve drinks responsibly, including bartending duties or barista tasks if applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Support the team with catering services and special event setups when required
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food-related roles is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience in serving, bartending, or barista work is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor are essential for success in this role
