We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Relationship Support to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
We Offer
· Pay rate is £13.82 with potential of £14.82 per hour.
· Overtime rate is £17.28 - £18.53 per hour after 39 hours of work per week.

Job Purpose
To support the sales and office function of the business by building customer relationships, processing orders and proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships through regular telephone and email contact, ensuring customers receive excellent service while maximising sales opportunities.
Shift Pattern - Full Time Position (5 days on site)
Monday - Friday 6 am – 2 pm, Saturdays 6 am – 12 pm. One weekday off on a rotating basis
Main Duties
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Make outbound sales calls to promote products, special offers and seasonal ranges
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products across the customer base
Process customer orders accurately via telephone, email and our online ordering system
Follow up customer enquiries
Work with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company CRM
Support the wider office team with general administrative duties when required

Essential
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
Comfortable making outbound calls
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Professional, punctual and reliable
Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
Desirable
Previous telesales, sales support or account management experience
Experience within foodservice, wholesale or distribution sectors
Customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
