What We’re Looking For
o 5+ years’ kitchen experience (Head/ Sous level)
o A proven track record with British cuisine & menu development
o A leader who inspires, coaches & motivates
o Strong financial understanding (GP, stock, compliance)
o Based in London with valid right to work (no sponsorship available)
