Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing various HRIS systems, assisting with data entry, and supporting social media management related to employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support recruitment processes through data entry and administration within Salesforce and other applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain employee records, organise documentation, and support administrative tasks related to human resources functions.
- Contribute to social media management efforts by creating engaging content to promote employer branding and company culture.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent communication across teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and process improvements.
- Support HR projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or human resources support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and managing multiple software tools including Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for employer branding is a plus.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous exposure to ATS platforms or applicant tracking systems will be considered an asset.

Pay: £25,420.00-£42,286.56 per year
