Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying window tinting films to various vehicles and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Prepare vehicle windows and surfaces by cleaning and masking areas as necessary before tint application.
- Measure, cut, and fit window tinting films accurately to ensure a seamless finish.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to apply tint films smoothly without bubbles or imperfections.
- Ensure all tinting work complies with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
- Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working order.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process and addressing any client questions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in window tinting or related surface enhancement work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for handling tools and equipment effectively.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in tint application is desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling large rolls of film or equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to work tasks.
- Good physical fitness, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients and team members.
