Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Location: Office based – Fornham All Saints
Salary: £25,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Along with an individual realistic bonus scheme.

- CeMAP qualified
- Competent adviser Status (CAS) achieved
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Organised with great time-management skills
- Experience advising across a wide range of lenders and handling complex mortgage cases.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and your colleagues
- Ambition to develop your skills and maximise your earning potential with our support
What you will do?
- Participate in regular training sessions, one-to-one reviews and team meetings. We will work with you to develop your skills, identify opportunities for improvement and build on your successes.
- We will work closely with you as you guide your clients through their mortgage and protection journey.
- While the role includes administrative responsibilities, dedicated support is available to help you focus on delivering excellent client outcomes as your caseload grows.

Hours
- 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
- No weekend work
- Occasional evening appointments to suit client needs
