We’re a newly renovated coastal wedding destination and boutique hotel — where champagne flows, celebrations are hosted daily.
We’re building a front-of-house team who know how to deliver moments, not just meals.
This role covers wedding service, private events, and our on-site restaurant and bar. One day you’re pouring prosecco for 100 wedding guests.
No two shifts are the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional service at weddings and private events
- Serving drinks confidently and efficiently behind the bar
- Cocktail making (training provided if needed)
- Restaurant table service with polish and personality
- Setting up and resetting event spaces
- Creating atmosphere — not just taking orders
- Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
- Maintaining immaculate presentation standards
