If you're kind, reliable and passionate about helping others, we'll provide all the training and support you need to become a confident and successful Community Care Worker.
As part of our team, you'll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life while building meaningful relationships along the way.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs. Duties may include:
- Personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting safe mobility around the home
- Assisting with medication following training
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Light housekeeping duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and daily routines
- Completing accurate care records and notes

Flexible Shift Patterns Available

What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, respectful and dependable attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Availability for mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
