Responsibilities
- Lead generation: proactively identify and attract potential candidates through social media management, networking, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to organize candidate data efficiently.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates by providing exceptional communication and support throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation within recruitment or sales environments using social media management tools.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS systems for managing candidate data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate job roles clearly and build rapport quickly with clients and candidates.
- Experience working with HR software like Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources processes including applicant screening, onboarding, and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or other HRIS platforms; social media management; and relationship management expertise.
