We are seeking a SIA registered Door Supervisor to join our weekend team at Upstairs Social. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff.
The position is based in Bude, Cornwall. The hours are generally late evening Friday and Saturday. The candidate will be self employed.
Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
Maintain detailed records of security activities and incidents.
Collaborate with local authorities when necessary.
Support safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Be personable while maintaining security standards.
Qualifications
Experience in door security roles.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Physical fitness suitable for the demands of the role.
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
