Duties:
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Performing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
- Supporting and mentoring workshop colleagues, sharing technical expertise
- Completing warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns
- Ensuring all work is performed safely, accurately, and to high standards
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism
Requirements:
- Qualified Master Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in complex diagnostics and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and support less experienced technicians
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Full UK driving licence
