Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to support the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce
- Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to nurture relationships
- Assist in scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve outreach strategies
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer outreach roles is advantageous
