Eco Logic Partners is looking for an experienced Corporate Energy Closer to join our growing business.
This role offers the opportunity to step into an established operation with 8 high-performing lead generators already producing opportunities, with plans to expand the team to 16 lead generators. We are looking for someone who can work closely with the team daily, maximise conversions, and help develop the next wave of top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Close B2B energy contracts and maximise revenue from qualified opportunities.
- Price and present flexible energy solutions to prospective clients.
- Work alongside and support a team of 8 established lead generators.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and grow their client portfolios.
- Help drive the expansion of the lead generation team from 8 to 16 people.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience closing B2B energy contracts.
- Strong knowledge of flexible energy pricing and procurement.
- Ability to lead by example and support a high-performing sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
