Duties
- Assist financial planners by preparing detailed reports, analysis documents, and client summaries using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Intelifo CRM and either Fe Analytics or Defaqto research tools
- Conduct thorough analysis of client data to support personalised financial planning strategies.
- Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and third-party providers to coordinate appointments, gather information, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support the preparation of financial plans by gathering relevant information and performing initial research.
- Maintain organised schedules for meetings and deadlines using strong time management skills.
- Draft clear and comprehensive reports that facilitate decision-making for both clients and advisors.
Skills
- Excellent report writing and analysis skills to interpret complex financial data clearly.
- Strong understanding of financial services and financial planning principles.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems relevant to administrative tasks.
