Team Leader – Yo-Chi Notting Hill
At Yo-Chi, chi is at the heart of everything we do. As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, creating a positive, high-energy environment where both our team and guests can thrive.
You'll coach and support Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain outstanding product quality, and ensure the venue always looks its best. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage shifts, uphold Yo-Chi standards, and help build a culture where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to grow.

What you'll be doing:
Lead shifts and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation to Yo-Chi standard
Open and close the venue, including cash up, stock ordering, and receiving deliveries
Coach and train Team Members, helping them grow
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Be a point of contact for guests and suppliers, and escalate issues where needed

Have some experience leading or supervising in hospitality, food, or retail
Are confident, proactive, and enjoy developing people
Care about the details — quality, standards, and guest experience, even when it's busy
Bring positive energy and lead by example under pressure
Are available across daytime, evenings and weekends
Are able to start on 17th August for our amazing training programme
Pay
£14.00–£14.50/hr
