We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our busy team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent administrative skills, and is confident communicating with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls and outgoing calls
- Provide administrative support to the office.

Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policies.

Support the full 360° recruitment process from candidate registration through to placement.

Liaise with nurses and healthcare professionals via telephone and email.

Respond to client enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Book nurses into available shifts and maintain accurate scheduling records.

Update and maintain recruitment databases and candidate files.

Assist with recruitment advertising and candidate sourcing where required.

Participate in the out-of-hours on-call service on a rota basis, shared with the office team.

Provide professional support to clients and nurses outside normal office hours, assisting with urgent staffing requirements, shift cover, and resolving any issues that arise.

Be able to provide support to other departments in the office.
Requirements
Skills & ExperienceEssential

Previous experience in recruitment administration or recruitment.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional, reliable and proactive approach.

On-call rota, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Desirable

Previous experience within healthcare recruitment.

Knowledge of compliance requirements for healthcare workers.
