Duties

- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and track competitors’ activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign execution
- Manage customer databases and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to maintain accurate records
- Organize promotional events, webinars, or trade shows to enhance brand visibility
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members to facilitate smooth project management and collaboration
Skills
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Analytical skills for interpreting data, market trends, and campaign performance metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and manage projects independently
- Experience or understanding of B2B marketing strategies to target business clients effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with IT tools related to marketing automation, social media platforms, and digital analytics
