AFP Digital Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our established and friendly service team.
Based in Gildersome, Leeds, we've been delivering Managed Print and Document Solutions to businesses across the North of England for 18 years. As an independent, owner-managed business, we've built our reputation on exceptional customer service, technical expertise and long-term relationships with our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our experienced engineering team, you'll be responsible for:
- Installing, servicing and maintaining multifunction printers and photocopiers
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and print-related IT/network issues
- Delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls
- Providing customers with professional advice and first-class support
- Building strong, long-term relationships with the customers you support
The role is primarily field-based across Yorkshire and the North of England. As we also support a number of customers elsewhere in the UK, occasional overnight stays may be required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Ideally you'll have:
✔ Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the Managed Print / Office Equipment industry
✔ Excellent print-related IT and networking skills
✔ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
✔ A positive, can-do attitude
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ The ability to build lasting customer relationships
✔ A full UK driving licence
Experience servicing Kyocera equipment would be an advantage, although not essential. Experience working with Ricoh and Konica Minolta devices would also be beneficial.
