Make a meaningful difference to the lives of adults with learning disabilities by delivering compassionate, high quality community physiotherapy.
There is a new opportunity to join our multi-disciplinary Learning Disability team to provide holistic physiotherapy services across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland in a variety of community and Trust settings.

The post holder will undertake comprehensive assessments and deliver specialist physiotherapy interventions for adults with communication, behavioural, physical health and/or sensory needs. You will work with a high level of professional autonomy whilst remaining an integral member of a multidisciplinary, integrated team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Working in close partnership with service users, carers, families, and wider professional networks, you will contribute to the development and coordination of effective care pathways that promote positive outcomes. The role will focus on supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals, maintain and improve their health, and maximise independence within the community.
