Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team. This role primarily involves organising the transport, packing and tracking of stock for distribution to our international customer base. Additional responsibilities include ensuring warehouse equipment is compliant to industry standards and coordinating movements of the additional warehouse team, so leadership skills are a must.
Responsibilities
· Stock management
· Generating quotes for imports, exports and freight
· Compliance to 9001, 14001 and health & safety
· Taking and booking deliveries
· Purchasing packing materials
· Packing shipments
· Dispatching shipments
· COO and CofC
· Commercial invoices
· Warehouse maintenance
Experience
· Must have proven experience of warehouse management including the import and export of goods.
· Must have valid forklift operator certificate and ID card.
· Strong understanding of material handling, shipping and receiving processes.
· Experience managing teams within a fast paced environment; leadership skills essential.
· Demonstratable knowledge of warehouse management systems such as Sage or similar platforms.
· Ability to maintain accurate records of stock and generate quotes.
· Must have good working understanding of basic Microsoft packages, and prompt email communication.
· Experience with Genie operation is preferable- however on-the-job training is available.
· Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
· Basic first aid training or knowledge is preferred.

£35,000+ per year
Hours
8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday- Thursday
8:00 am-1:00 pm Friday
