Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and dedicated professional Solicitor/Litigator to join our legal team.
The successful candidate will manage their own RTA fast track including HRS caseload and working collaboratively as part of a supportive legal team to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft and prepare court documentation including claims, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
- Provide clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout the claims process.
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and opposing parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct legal and factual research relevant to RTA claims and applicable legislation.
- Support and lead the team with case preparation, evidence gathering, and progression of matters.
- Maintain accurate case records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow
- Engage in settlement negotiations and, where necessary, prepare matters for litigation.
- Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the lifecycle of each claim
Skills
- Proven experience as a Solicitor or Litigator with a strong track record in managing litigation cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail in drafting legal documents and assessing case merits.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge regarding other claims where necessary.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedural rules governing litigation processes.

Experience & Training
- 3 years PQE Minimum
- RTA litigation experience including HRS

Hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
20 days annum leave plus Bank Holidays
Competitive salary and bonus structure
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
