Duties
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for residential property transactions, from initial instructions to settlement.
- Prepare and review legal documentation such as contracts of sale, transfer documents, and settlement statements with precision.
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Coordinate with government agencies, land registries, and third-party service providers to ensure timely processing of all documentation.
- Conduct thorough searches and due diligence to verify property titles, encumbrances, and other legal considerations.
- Maintain meticulous case files and records, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance standards are upheld.
- Provide expert advice on property law matters, guiding clients through complex procedures with clarity and confidence.
