Full Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Control Manager to oversee the efficient planning, coordination and delivery of our field-based services. This role is central to ensuring technician workloads are well managed, customer service standards are consistently met, compliance requirements are upheld and operational performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate field-based service activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Act as the central point of communication between customers, technicians, sales and senior operations.
- Monitor service delivery performance and support improvements to productivity, response times and customer satisfaction.
- Create, manage and develop CRM and service management systems.
- Prepare, maintain and update project management plans, reports and contract documentation.
- Develop and administer document control systems and information management processes.
- Review site correspondence and documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Process contractor documentation and periodic site reports accurately and on time.
- Manage project team equipment, supplies and administrative support requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in service control, scheduling or operational coordination, ideally within facilities management or a similar field-based industry.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of service management, CRM or scheduling software.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
- Confident communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify improvements.
- Good attention to detail, particularly when handling reports, documents and compliance records.
