We are looking for a caring and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our family run home in Lytham. We are looking for someone to join us either on a part time/full time basis.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work alongside our dedicated team to support our residents with dignity, respect, and warmth, while helping to lead and inspire others to provide the highest standards of person-centred care.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting residents with their daily care and well-being.
- Leading by example and mentoring our care team of dedicated staff. This will include working alongside our care team on the care floor.
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
- Administering medication
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensuring every resident feels valued, safe, and truly at home.
- Liasing with GPs, arranging appointments.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working as a Senior Care Assistant or is ready to step into a senior role.
- Is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience:
- supervisory: 2 years (preferred)
