Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team, in a medical centre based in Acton.
This position is 5 days per week 3 hours per day. Monday-Friday 6pm-9pm
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, corridors, washrooms, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as required to maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including the correct handling and disposal of waste materials.
- Maintain a clean and organised storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks to management promptly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results consistently.
- Ability to operate various cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and steam cleaners.
- Good organisational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes.
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is an advantage.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
