As Head Chef you will lead the kitchen team and work to maximise sales and profit, work with high standards of skill and knowledge to deliver every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of your kitchen.
We serve great freshly cooked pub food and a range of Wadworth beers and the pub benefits from a large garden and gets very busy during the holidays and when the sun shines. As part of our team, we are looking for people who are:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menu items
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
