Job Summary
TIAAH Care is seeking an and experienced Care Manager to join our adult and care services within East London and help lead the next steps of its development.
This is not a permanent role, we are strengthening our leadership structure and looking for a capable operational CQC experinced leader who can help guide the next stage of our development.
You will work closely with out Directors and senior leadership team to process with CQC registration.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans tailored to individual resident needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Supervise and support care staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and management.
- Oversee medication administration in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the care home or home care setting.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic resident support.
- Monitor residents’ progress and adapt care strategies as required to optimise their quality of life.
- Lead staff training programmes on dementia care, medication management, and other relevant topics to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Requirements
- Are you currently a CQC experienced manager, or deputy manager in domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and inspection standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience within a care setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Compassionate approach with a genuine commitment to enhancing residents’ well-being and dignity.
- Relevant qualifications in nursing or healthcare management are highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with residents’ families.

Pay: £24,420.00-£48,369.88 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in East London
