We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Cafe Team Member to join our team.
This is a varied role and not just a front-of-house position. You will help with all areas of the cafe, including the kitchen, serving customers and general cleaning duties.
Duties will include:
- Serving customers and using the till
- Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
- Preparing simple food such as toast and other cafe items
- Helping in the kitchen
- Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Keeping the cafe clean, tidy and well stocked
- Helping with all general duties as needed
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy to work as part of a team
- Comfortable helping with both kitchen and front-of-house duties
- Able to work in a busy cafe environment
Previous cafe, kitchen or waitress/waiter experience would be helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
