We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and effective governance of client data across the business. As part of the Client Data team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality client experience by ensuring account data is accurately established, maintained, and controlled. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Onboarding, and Client-facing teams to support seamless processes and positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Accurately set up and maintain client records for Wealth Management accounts, ensuring data integrity at every stage of the process
- Review and validate client documentation prior to account setup, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Perform “four-eye” quality checks on data entered by colleagues to uphold high standards of accuracy
- Act as a key point of contact for internal queries relating to account opening and client data management
- Manage the team inbox and department phone line, responding to queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and enhance processes
- Proactively identify potential data risks, control gaps, or inefficiencies, and escalate where appropriate
- Support fraud prevention efforts by identifying and escalating suspicious or unusual requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process enhancements
- Participate in system testing and change initiatives to ensure data processes remain robust and fit for purpose
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ideally at least two years’ experience in an administrative, operations, or data-focused role
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is beneficial, though not essential—we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- High level of integrity, with an understanding of risk and compliance considerations
- Collaborative team player who values and respects diverse perspectives and contributions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning and working with multiple systems and databases
