About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages efficiently
- Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
