QA Administrator Required In Windsor
Lee Marley Group are looking for an experienced QA Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction quality, ideally with experience in brickwork, masonry or façade construction.
This role would suit someone with good attention to detail who is confident working on site, carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality inspections and audits on construction sites.
- Identify defects, non-conformances and areas requiring corrective action.
- Review completed works against project specifications, drawings, approved details and quality standards.
- Record inspections, quality checks, defects and observations accurately.
- Upload photographic evidence and supporting documentation.
- Monitor and track the close-out of quality issues.
- Assist with NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are followed through.
- Work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and client representatives to maintain required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports and handover documentation.
- Support the quality process through to practical completion and handover.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrable knowledge of brickwork and masonry construction, including workmanship standards, tolerances and common quality defects.
- Previous experience carrying out quality inspections or audits within construction.
- Ability to identify defects and non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Experience reviewing works against drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Good understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and handover documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently on site and communicate quality requirements effectively to operational teams.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to liaise with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
Digital Systems:
Experience using digital construction quality management platforms such as Fieldview and Procore would be highly advantageous. This includes:
- Recording inspections and quality checks.
- Raising and tracking defects, observations and NCRs.
- Uploading photographs and supporting documentation.
- Monitoring the close-out of quality issues.
