Hot Tub and Site Maintenance
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our family-run, award-winning 5-star business set in a beautiful rural location.
This is a hands-on and varied role covering hot tub maintenance, general site upkeep. You'll be comfortable working outdoors, independently and as part of a small team and take pride in keeping the property to a high standard.
Full Training will be provided, however previous experience is a plus.
Pay depending on experience & qualifications- any qualifications such a electrical and plumbing is a bonus
This role does include alternative weekends
Responsibilities
- Routine hot tub & pool servicing, including water changes and chemical testing, adjustment and problem solving
- General site maintenance — including grounds upkeep, minor property repairs and ensuring the property remains presentable and safe
- Responding to maintenance needs across the site in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a maintenance role — hot tub or pool experience is an advantage but not essential
- A practical, problem-solving approach with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair work is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Weekend availability
