Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering client questions confidently
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure smooth transactions
- Organise property viewings, appointments, and follow-up activities efficiently
- Support marketing efforts by promoting listings through various channels and maintaining online property profiles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all client interactions
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude is key
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively environment
