Duties
- Utilise the designated gym space to deliver coaching, training, or fitness classes.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness within the rented space at all times.
- Engage with clients professionally, providing guidance and support during sessions.
- Manage bookings and scheduling of sessions efficiently.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Promote your services through appropriate channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients of varying ages and abilities.
- Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to sports performance and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear instructions and feedback.
- Organised with good time management skills to handle bookings and client schedules effectively.
- A professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
