The Role:
We are currently recruiting for full-time, part-time, and casual Front of House team members. We’re looking for people who understand that great service is just as important as great food. You will be the face of Brisket Yard — creating a welcoming, high-energy environment while delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
Take orders accurately and confidently explain menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Represent the Brisket Yard brand with energy and pride
