We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to join our team supporting adults with autism and co-existing mental health needs. This rewarding role involves providing person centered care that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing, and community inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality, person centered support in line with individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and medication administration.
- Support individuals to manage their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
- Use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and autism-friendly communication strategies.
- Encourage independence, social inclusion, and participation in community activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in health or behaviour.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting adults with autism, mental health needs, or complex care.
- Caring, reliable, and patient with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and person centered care.
- Health & Social Care qualification (Level 3) is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights if required.

Pay: £13.52-£13.82 per hour
