Smesh Boorger in Dorking is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant and takeaway team.
This is a flexible role involving both kitchen and front of house duties, including:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing food and assembling burgers and side dishes
- Assist & Support the other team members with the day to day running of the kitchen
- Pack takeaways, ready for delivery or collection
- Washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
- Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
Skills and knowledge:
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- The ability to work well with your hands
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- The ability to work well with others
- The ability to work on your own
- The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

- Previous hospitality or fast-food experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
