Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Estate Agent to join our team within our network of 5 offices across Kent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for property, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves guiding clients through the sales and lettings process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience while maximising opportunities for the business.
Duties
- Conduct viewings of properties for potential buyers, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Valuations or at the level for training to become a valuer.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored advice on suitable properties.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions in an organised manner.
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
- Provide administrative support by preparing contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales negotiation is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to property transactions is beneficial.
