PC-IT Support Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily involve providing technical assistance to our clients through our helpdesk and participating in various IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first / second line technical support and troubleshooting for end users via phone, email, or in person.
- Set up and configure hardware and software components as per client requirements.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Collaborate with the helpdesk team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Conduct system audits and maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and configurations.
- Going to clients sites to provide support
- Support users in utilizing Office 365, G Suite, and other productivity tools effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a helpdesk environment.
- Understanding of Office 365 and G Suite administration.
- Experience with both Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to priorities tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
