Gym Manager - Paddington
We are looking to recruit experienced and self-motivated Gym Manager and Personal Trainer to work at one of our prestigious 5* Leisure Suites which is based within a luxury residential development in The Strand
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Staff Training
- Monitor Procedures and Standards
- Gym Instruction
- Fitness Testing
- Personal Training
- Teaching Fitness Classes
- Managing the Pool
- Customer Care & Admin Duties
The qualities that we are looking for in a candidate are:Professional customer handling skills and a smart appearance – we provide a very high level of service and courtesy to our clients and you will need to be able act in a professional and polite manner at all times – even if you are under pressure.The ability to work as a productive team member, but also to be self motivated and responsible for your own client base.Candidates will work on a self employed basis for a trial period, after which employment terms can be negotiated. Candidates must be able to provide - in terms of PT work- Professional fitness qualifications L2 upwards The ability to teach fitness classes (for example Abs and circuits)
- Personal liability insurance
- Current first aid certificate
