Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner for a position at The Range, Ballymena. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality cleaning services in a professional manner. Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, and communal spaces, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are kept hygienic and presentable according to company standards.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed to maintain operational readiness.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of organisation and efficiency in completing assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work during specified part-time hours, with availability during weekdays preferred.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
