White and Jones Property are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Lettings Negotiator, with the opportunity for career progression within the business.
About the Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in connecting tenants with their perfect rental home. Day-to day tasks will include diary management, meeting with clients, office administration, conducting viewings with residential and student applicants, dealing with phone calls, property inspections, processing inventories and responding to emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and liaising with prospective tenants and landlords
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
- Negotiating rental agreements and securing tenancies
- Coordinating move-ins and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
- Keeping property listings up-to-date and accurately marketed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in lettings or a customer-facing sales role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and use of own car (essential)
The job role will require you to work 2 in 4 Saturdays, where you would get a day off in the week.
30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £20,500 - £24,500 per year (pro rata)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 Days (pro rata) (Including Bank holidays)

- Weekend availability

The successful applicant must hold full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
