Horizon Estate Agents are looking for an experienced and eager Sales Negotiator to join our Rochford office. Continued success has now produced the demand for a further Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team. We are seeking someone to progress within the company, experience as a previous Sales Negotiator is essential, as well as being proactive, self-motivated, ambitious, determined, enthusiastic, highly organised and must provide a high standard of customer service and presentation at all times. The applicant must have a UK full driving license and own car.
- Working hours. Monday – Friday 08:30am – 6pm, with one day off. Saturday 08:30am – 5pm
- Listing properties
- Accompanying viewings with prospective tenants/buyers
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants/buyers
- Registering applicants and arranging appointments for both sales and lettings
- Phoning out properties
- Regular contact with the mailing list
- Vendor checks
- Handling maintenance enquiries from Landlord & Tenants
- Sales chasing
- Negotiating offers.
- Working as part of our Sales & Lettings team and covering other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.
- Delivery of marketing material/leaflets.
- Searching for new business opportunities
- General administrative duties.
- Estate Agency experience essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
