We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to support a range of projects, managing onboarding, security vetting, workforce coordination and administrative processes across multiple projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and support through BPSS and security clearance processes across multiple projects.
- Liaise with candidates, screening providers, vetting teams, clients and project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, vetting documentation, trackers and compliance reports.
- Manage workforce mobilisation activities, including vetting applications, VNF submissions, site access requests, security passes, visitor bookings and escorting requirements.
- Monitor project requirements, key milestones and workforce status, providing regular progress updates to project teams.
- Support project meetings, prepare minutes and undertake general project administration activities.
- Produce and maintain project and office reports, including man-hour tracking and workforce data.
- Provide general office and facilities administration, including stock management, purchasing requests, inductions and workplace records.
- Act as a key point of contact for project personnel, site teams and external stakeholders, managing competing priorities across several projects at any one time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project, office or administrative support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience maintaining trackers, records and compliance documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of BPSS, SC clearance, workforce vetting or site access processes is desirable.
- Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) testing and BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) vetting
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
