Key Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Warm, positive and team-focused approach
- Confident communication skills
About the Role
Blossom Barn Nursery is opening a beautiful, brand-new 78-place setting in Great Chesterford, and we’re looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our team from the very beginning.
You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive.
You will:
- Provide a warm, safe and engaging environment
- Support learning and development in line with EYFS
- Plan and deliver child-led activities
- Observe and track children’s progress
- Build strong partnerships with parents
- Maintain high safeguarding and welfare standards
You’ll be supported by experienced Room Leaders and a passionate leadership team committed to your development.
