We are looking for someone who can work all of summer for our peak season. ( July-September.)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and safety-focused individuals to join our team and help us deliver a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
Maintain continuous and focused observation of all water areas, ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests.
Operate and supervise water attractions, including slides, Pool, Splash Park & other water related activities.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid where required.
Adhere to all relevant legislation, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, First Aid, and Fire Evacuation protocols.
Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately within specified deadlines.
Report all potential accidents, hazards, and near-miss incidents to management.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of poolside, changing, and leisure areas.
Assist in the delivery and organisation of activities within the sports and water resorts
programmes.
Foster a welcoming, team-oriented environment for colleagues and guests alike.
Experience / Skills Required:
Must hold relevant & valid NPLQ
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact / engage with guests of all
ages.
Compliance management skills to ensure pool rules are regulations are always
adhered to
Must be at least 17 years old
