Night Senior Care Assistant
- 36 hours per week
- £14.00 per hour
- Shift: 7:45pm – 8:00am
- Alternate weekends required
About the Role
As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading the night team and ensuring our residents receive high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night. You will be responsible for supervising the team, administering medication, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring care plans are followed and updated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the night care team.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
- Complete and maintain accurate care plans and daily documentation.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensure residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and supportive environment throughout the shift.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a senior care role.
- Medication administration experience.
- Experience supervising or leading a care team is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
